2023 AASHTO Council on Rail Transportation Legislative Meeting

During the meeting, state rail officials will have the opportunity to engage with key Federal, Congressional, and rail industry leaders, as well as Class I and Short Line Freight rail partners, Amtrak, public and private sector rail advocacy groups and others.
With the next year of implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act before us, this meeting will assess passenger and freight rail developments with the Administration, Congress, and Partner Organizations. This meeting is also a forum for members to exchange information on issues vital to the advancement of a resilient passenger and freight rail system at the regional and national levels.
We look forward to seeing you in Washington, DC, January 31-February 3, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Washington On Capitol Hill.
