The focus of this Town Hall will be centered around staffing issues primarily around recruitment and retention. Managing the myriad of workforce issues—from the great resignation, new COVID work policies, hybrid working, staff leaving the industry—seems to be the biggest issue in today’s world for employers.

This Town Hall will encourage open discussion and collaboration on these key topics across all employer organizations in the transportation industry.

The event will kick off with a panel discussion representing perspectives from HR professionals, recruiters and employees who have experienced job transitions across employer organizations.

This will be followed up by breakout sessions lead by seasoned moderators from the three councils.

Participants will be able to interact in these breakouts by addressing challenges, coming up with workable solutions and sharing information on available resources.
